Continuous Communication
- Establish and maintain a verbal line of communication with customers from the initial contact through the post-project evaluation.
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
- Draft clear and comprehensive estimates and contracts
- Address critical issues face-to-face with customers in a timely manner
Quality Workmanship
- DO NOT SUBCONTRACT, unless specialty services are required (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, specialty fabrications).
- Maintain a safe and drug-free workplace through a written safety program, and pre-employment and random drug testing of all
Paragon owners and employees. - Evaluate, hire and train all of our employees in the installation requirements and best practices of our product manufacturers.
- Select qualified and courteous craftsman to meet our high standards and those of our customers. Each detail is carried out to exact
specifications to produce a renovated home that you will enjoy and be proud to own for years to come. - Build/ install products in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications to ensure customers benefit from all product warranties.
- Provide customer’s with a workmanship warranty commensurate with product or project.
