Continuous Communication
  • Establish and maintain a verbal line of communication with customers from the initial contact through the post-project evaluation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
  • Draft clear and comprehensive estimates and contracts
  • Address critical issues face-to-face with customers in a timely manner

Quality Workmanship
  • DO NOT SUBCONTRACT, unless specialty services are required (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, specialty fabrications).
  • Maintain a safe and drug-free workplace through a written safety program, and pre-employment and random drug testing of all
    Paragon owners and employees.
  • Evaluate, hire and train all of our employees in the installation requirements and best practices of our product manufacturers.
  • Select qualified and courteous craftsman to meet our high standards and those of our customers.  Each detail is carried out to exact
    specifications to produce a renovated home that you will enjoy and be proud to own for years to come.
  • Build/ install products in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications to ensure customers benefit from all product warranties.
  • Provide customer’s with a workmanship warranty commensurate with product or project.
